If users find that the water quality of the softened water equipment is yellow,they first need to check whether the faucet and pipeline are rusted or have secondary pollution.If there are no problems with the faucet and pipes,but the soft water still turns yellow,it must be because the resin is contaminated.Because the resin has not been backwashed for a long time and industrial salt water has not been slowly injected into the resin,allowing the sodium ions in the salt water to undergo a displacement reaction with the calcium and magnesium ions in the water.When the resin reaches saturation after displacement reaction,the water quality of the softened water will be affected,causing the softened water to turn yellow.
At this point,it is necessary to backwash the resin to remove any impurities attached to its surface,achieving the effect of resin regeneration.Users can use professional disinfectants to disinfect the resin,and then clean the resin with hot water at 70 to 75 degrees Celsius.

1.Fuel saving:
The untreated raw water heated by the boiler gradually forms a thick layer of scale on the boiler wall after a period of use.A boiler with a working pressure of 1.4 MPa will form 1 millimeter of scale,which will waste 8%of fuel.Therefore,using boiler water softening equipment will reduce cost investment.
2.Improve thermal efficiency and reduce output:
When scale forms on the evaporation surface of the boiler,the heat from the fire side cannot be quickly transferred to the water side,which will reduce the boiler's output.If water treatment is not carried out properly and scale occurs in the boiler,it will greatly reduce the boiler's steam capacity and prevent automatic operation due to insufficient gas supply.
