Installation of reverse osmosis membrane components by reverse osmosis equipment manufacturers

1.Check for scratches or damage inside the pressure vessel, and replace any leaking containers.Rinse the pressure vessel with clean water to remove all dust and particles, and clean corrosion products or external impurities(including excess lubricating oil). The range inside the lubrication tube shell is from 1/2 of the slope to approximately 1/2"from the slope.

2.Check for any defects on the surface of the membrane component, and promptly address any defects to avoid scratching the container.Pay attention to preventing the end of the film roll from extending out of the device. If any defects that cannot be handled are found, contact the manufacturer for assistance.

3.Lubricate the interior of the container with approximately 50%glycerol water mixture. The mixture can be dipped in a cotton cloth of appropriate size.

4.Install a membrane element D into the inlet end of the pressure vessel, leaving a few inches of the end of the element outside the vessel for connecting to the next membrane element.

5.Lubricate the O-ring of the connector with a small amount of lubricant and connect the connector to the next membrane element.Install the next membrane component.

  6.Connect all external pipelines.

7.The disassembly process of pressure vessels and membrane components is the opposite of the installation process steps.See the installation method for details.

  Attention:

1)Remove the component from the opposite direction of the water inlet. When removing the component,it must be pulled out in parallel and not shaken left or right.

2)The components should be installed from the water inlet direction and pushed in evenly with force, and hard objects should not be forcefully knocked in.

3)The disassembled components should be immediately immersed vertically in a 0.5-1%sodium bisulfite solution and should not be left dry in the air.
